It seems like months since I’ve read anything of your blog! Where are you, old chum? What’s up? How’s the novel, the family, the mathematics and analytics going? I’m concerned at not hearing your cheery voice across the blogosphere!

Being a jerk example: I will not comment on your post, nor make any reference to whatever it is you were trying to say, nor even give any indication, whatsoever (I might add), that I understood whatever it was you were trying to say.

No instead: Mexican soccer? You want to see people falling over on a FOOTBALL pitch and pretending like they’ve been seriously hurt, don’t bother with the Mexicans, come to Europe.

Mexicans know nothing of diving.

They do, but it’s like the difference between Michael Jordan during the first Threepeat and English people playing basketball – recognisably the same game but but at the same time really not.

Now that NaNo is almost over, it’s time to start thinking about December, or as I’ve named it NaNoRevMo, National Novel Revision Month!! Yay! The fun has only begun! Just when you thought you couldn’t stand another day of working on your project, you get to dissect it, edit it, and have anxiety over all of the problems you see! Please kill me now.

Hemingway proved that a mere six words makes a novel, so there. I have derailed completely, as all three kids and myself had the flu all last week. I’ll have to write 20K in two days to still make it.
